15 DISTRICTS OF UTTAR PRADESH ARE DECLARED COVID HOT SPOTS AND SEALED.
The government of the Uttar Pradesh has announced the names of 15 COVID-19 hot spots in the State that are completely sealed. The shut down will come into effect from Wednesday midnight till 14 April. Essential commodities will be home delivered. The government has taken this decision because there are more than 6 COVID-19 cases in each of the districts. The concerned authorities also identifying other areas which may emerge as hotspots. Till Tuesday the number of COVID-19 infected in Uttar Pradesh was 314 out of which 22 had recovered. Out of the 314 cases, 166 are linked with Tablighi Jammat. 37 districts of Uttar Pradesh have reported COVID-19 cases. More than 6000 samples have been tested out of which 5595 have been negative.
