WORLD HAPPINESS REPORT 2019-FINLAND HAPPIEST COUNTRY.
The 20th of March is celebrated as INTERNATIONAL DAY OF HAPPINESS.On this day the United Nation’s World Happiness Report is released.The report is prepared by the SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS NETWORK for the United Nations.
THE REPORT IS BASED ON SIX PARAMETERS.-
1-GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT PER CAPITA.
2-SOCIAL SUPPORT.
3-HEALTHY LIFE EXPECTANCY.
4-FREEDOM.
5-GENEROSITY.
6-ABSENCE OF CORRUPTION.
According to the seventh annual report FINLAND is the Happiest country in the world and the SOUTH SUDAN the least happiest.INDIA ranked 140th,slipped by 7 spots last year it ranked 133th.The PAKISTAN ranked 67th,the CHINA was placed at 93rd and the BANGLADESH was positioned at 125th.
