Modric born on 9 September 1985, is a professional footballer. He mainly plays as a central midfielder and can also play as an attacking midfielder or as a defensive midfielder playmaker. He is regarded as one of the best midfielders of his generation, and the best Croatian footballer of all-time.
In 2018, he became the first the first Croatian player to win the UEFA MEN’s Player of the year along with the best FIFA MEN’s Player, Ballon d’Or. He became the second player after Messi.
