WINNERS OF GRAMMY AWARDS.

Grammy Award famous as  GRAMMY, initially  called Gramophone Award .The award is  presented by The Recording Academy to recognize the best  in the music industry. The first award was presented in 1959,4^th of May. The 13^th edition of Grammy Award, year 1971 was not aired. The awards are given in the four categories -Record of the year, Album of the year, Song of the year and Best new artist.

In the 61^st edition of Grammy Award Lady Gaga and Brandi Carlile won three each. Cardi B won her first Grammy. Childish Gambino’s rap This is America, won the record and song of the year award it had happened for the first time that a rap based song won both trophies.
